Suntech's World class facility is available for contract manufacturing be it an SMT job or through - hole or mixed versions. We have an SMT lab consisting of DIMA, German screen printing machine, MDC Japan - Pick and Place machine and DIMA reflow oven, where we develop first prototypes and also produce small quantities. Our SMT production line consists of DEK Automatic Screen Printing machine, AMISTAR - Placepro, Pick and Place machine and BTU reflow oven. Using these we are able to produce larger volumes as all these machines are automatic, high speed and connected by conveyors. Both SMT Lab and Production Line facilities are housed in Air Conditioned and ESD controlled areas. The entire facility conforms to Solectron's world class standards. To support these facilities we have other machines like Wave Soldering Machine, Baking Oven, Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, etc. The complete facility is supported by a Captive Generator .
